Terms & Conditions - Shop, Scan & Win Campaign

Customers who shop at participating Les Arcades Currimjee outlets during the campaign period may upload their receipts through the campaign QR code for a chance to win prizes.

1. Campaign Overview

The "Shop, Scan & Win" campaign is organised by Les Arcades Currimjee. Customers who shop at participating outlets during the campaign period may upload their receipts through the campaign QR code for a chance to win prizes.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign will run from 11 June 2026 to 19 July 2026. Receipts submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The campaign is open to customers who shop at participating outlets during the campaign period. Participants below the age of 18 may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If a minor is selected as a winner, the prize must be claimed by their parent or legal guardian, who may be required to present a valid proof of identity.

Employees of the organiser, participating tenants, suppliers, agencies, and their immediate family members may not be eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

  1. Shop at any participating outlet at Les Arcades Currimjee during the campaign period.
  2. Scan the campaign QR code available at the mall or participating outlets.
  3. Upload a clear photo of your receipt up to 8 MB.
  4. Submit your full name, mobile number, and NIC.

Only valid receipts from participating outlets will be accepted.

5. Receipt Validation

Receipts must be clear, readable, and show the outlet name, purchase date, amount spent, and receipt number where applicable.

The organiser reserves the right to reject receipts that are unclear, duplicated, edited, fake, incomplete, or not issued by a participating outlet. Each receipt may only be submitted once. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected based on highest cumulative spending during the campaign period.

For cumulative spending, the participant with the highest total validated spending during the campaign period will be eligible to win the grand prize, subject to verification.

Rs 1000 - Rs 199920 points
Rs 2000 - Rs 499950 points
Rs 5000+150 points

7. Prizes

Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

  • 75-inch TV
  • Smartphone
  • Canal+ subscription
  • Meal vouchers
  • Other campaign prizes announced by the organiser

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the phone number provided during submission. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the organiser reserves the right to select another winner.

Winners may be required to present proof of identity and the original receipt before receiving the prize.

9. Prize Collection

Prizes must be collected at the location and date communicated by the organiser. Winners may be asked to attend a prize-giving ceremony and consent to photography or video coverage for communication purposes.

10. Personal Data

By participating, participants agree that their personal information may be collected and used for campaign administration, receipt validation, winner notification, prize collection, and campaign communication.

Personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may only be shared with authorised parties involved in the administration of the campaign.

11. Publicity Consent

By accepting a prize, winners agree that their name, photo, video, and/or likeness may be used by the organiser for promotional and communication purposes related to the campaign, without additional compensation.

12. Disqualification

The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, false submissions, duplicate entries, manipulation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

13. Campaign Changes

The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or extend the campaign at any time if required, including due to operational, technical, legal, or other unforeseen circumstances.

14. Limitation of Liability

The organiser will not be responsible for technical issues, failed uploads, incomplete submissions, network errors, or any loss or damage arising from participation in the campaign or use of the prizes.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the campaign, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
